The Friulano Collio DOC from Amani, produced by the renowned Marco Felluga winery, is a white wine that embodies the spirit and essence of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. This wine hails specifically from the Collio hills, known for their marl soils and ideal microclimate, which impart local wines with unique freshness and complexity.

Friulano, also known as Tocai Friulano, is an indigenous grape variety that produces wines with a distinctive character. Marco Felluga's version boasts a bright straw-yellow color, and the nose reveals an aromatic bouquet with prominent notes of almond, white flowers, and white-fleshed fruits like apple and pear. Not to be overlooked are the delicate nuances of aromatic herbs that add complexity to the olfactory profile.

On the palate, the Friulano Collio DOC from Amani stands out for its incredible freshness and liveliness. Its well-balanced acidity and harmonious structure make this wine extremely pleasant and drinkable. Its food pairing versatility shines: it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, and is excellent with San Daniele prosciutto.

The vinification process follows traditional methods that respect the fruit and enhance its varietal characteristics. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the integrity and aromatic freshness of the grape variety.

This Friulano Collio DOC is not just a wine but a true sensory journey through the land of Friuli, elegantly expressing the typicality and authenticity of its territory. An elegant and refined exemplar, ideal for those who wish to discover the richness of Friuli's white wines.
