Brancamenta ha una storia abbastanza “recente" nella storia nazionale degli Amari; nasce da una grande intuizione dei Fratelli Branca, storica liquoreria milanese dal 1845.

Un amaro che, come base, prende spunto dal Fernet, con una miscela copiosa e segreta di erbe e spezie ma con un qualcosa in più: olio essenziale di menta piperita proveniente dal Piemonte, dove esiste la qualità di menta più balsamica e pregiata al mondo.

Un prodotto che può definirsi un misto tra classico e moderno, innovativo, un modo più giovane di bere l'amaro, il Brancamenta sa conquistare già dal primo sorso, perché dona un intenso piacere gustativo.

Lo si può ammirare nel suo colore ebano intenso e luminoso, in perfetta armonia tra naso e gusto offre un'esplosione rinfrescante di menta, eucalipto e mentolo, caramella piperita e cenni balsamici, su incredibili rimandi di erbe aromatiche di montagna.

Da bere rigorosamente ghiacciato, con 2-3 cubetti di ghiaccio o aggiunto in alcuni cocktail.

Distillation

For grappas: distillation of pomace; for brandies: distillation of selected wines followed by maturation/blending; for amari and vermouth: extraction/maceration/infusion of botanicals (traditional and in some cases secret recipes).

Ageing

For the house brandies (e.g. Stravecchio) maturation in oak barrels followed by harmonization/blending in the large "Botte Madre" (Magna Mater); other products may undergo specific finishings depending on the type.
