Cynar 70 Proof was born from the same secret recipe as its "big brother", which begins with the infusion of 13 herbs and plants.
70 Proof is the most powerful and "strong" type of Amaro Cynar, with a slightly higher alcohol content.
It has a dark brown color with warm ebony reflections; characteristic hints of herbaceous notes arrive on the nose which blend with aromas of dried fruit such as dates and raisins, with sweet hints of caramel.
The taste is decidedly pleasant, delicately rounded and soft, and in perfect balance between sweet and bitter.
