The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOC of Bosan, produced by the historic Cesari winery, is born in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, a territory renowned for its hills rich in limestone and clay. This Amarone is made from native Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, hand-picked and subjected to careful natural drying on racks, a process that gives the wine extraordinary intensity and complexity.

Aged for a long period in fine wooden barrels, this wine stands out for its structured and harmonious character. In the glass, it shows a deep garnet red color, while on the nose it releases enveloping aromas of ripe fruit, spices, and earthy notes. On the palate, it reveals softness and power with a long and persistent finish.

Perfect paired with red meats, flavorful roasts, or aged cheeses, the Amarone Riserva of Cesari is an authentic expression of Venetian tradition, capable of telling the charm of a unique terroir.
