Produced in the renowned Valpolicella area, this wine is made from the native vines Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, subjected to a long drying of the grape clusters, which concentrates sugars and aromas. Aging in oak barrels ensures structure and complexity, giving a pleasant note of vanilla and spices.

On the nose, intense scents of ripe red fruits, sour cherry, are revealed, accompanied by elegant hints of cocoa and tobacco. On the palate, a enveloping and velvety tannic texture is perceived, with a balance between acidity and alcoholic warmth that grants longevity and pleasure. Winery history
The Tommasi family has been active in winemaking since 1902, when Giacomo Tommasi purchased the first vineyard in the Valpolicella Classica. Over the 20th and 21st centuries the company evolved into Tommasi Family Estates, acquiring and managing several estates outside Veneto and consolidating its reputation especially through the production of Amarone. Amarone Tommasi is produced according to the traditional appassimento method, and the wine’s historic expression dates back to the late 1950s as a distinctive family product.
