Ruby red with violet reflections, intense, persistent. Aromas of red fruit, predominantly cherry. Red wine with incredible persistence, rich and intense flavour. On the palate there is a pleasant balance between softness and acidity. Strictly traditional vinification: 3 months of rest with the classic drying method. Subsequently the grapes are destemmed, pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels. It goes perfectly with red meat dishes, game and roasts. The symposium with medium-long matured cheeses is excellent. It can also be appreciated alone at the end of dinner as a meditation wine.
