Classic cut from Valpolicella, made up of corvina, corvinone, rondinella and molinara, this Ripasso Superiore DOC is a wine whose elegant and graceful aromas represent a truly exciting business card. The grapes ferment in steel tanks for 10 days, and then the mass obtained is "passed" over the Amarone pomace; then we move on to the refinement phase, carried out in Slavonian oak barriques for a year. The ideal label that the Massaro Norma agricultural company dedicates to future winter evenings.

Upon visual examination it shows a ruby red color. The nose moves around elegant sensations, where interesting notes of sweet spices emerge together with the red fruit. When tasted it is soft, fresh, balanced; closes with a finish with excellent persistence.

Excellent with meat second courses, including game. Also perfect with mature cheeses, it is worth trying with braised beef.
