The production process involves a careful maceration of the botanicals, followed by artisanal distillation in copper stills, which enhances the herbal notes, green anise, fennel, and wormwood without ever becoming excessively bitter. The result is a liquor with a clear color with light green reflections, featuring a complex and persistent profile.
The absinthe of La Fée is ideal both to be enjoyed neat, with the addition of fresh water to release the aromas, and as a base for sophisticated cocktails that enhance its personality. It is an authentic expression that tells the story and culture of a legendary distillate, perfect for those who want to discover the nuances of a liquor with a strong identity and timeless charm.

Distillation
Separate distillation of individual botanicals (partial distillates) followed by assembly and blending; for 'green' versions a final maceration of herbs is performed to obtain natural color (louche). Some references are produced in traditional facilities such as the Cherry Rocher distillery.
