Questo prestigioso Tokaji Aszù 6 Puttonyos della cantina Barta Pince rappresenta un'eccellenza nel panorama dei vini dolci. Prodotto in Ungheria, nella storica regione vinicola di Tokaj, questo vino dolce di alta gamma si distingue per la sua complessità e intensità aromatica.

Il processo di produzione del Tokaji Aszù prevede la raccolta manuale dei grappoli colpiti dalla Botrytis cinerea, un fungo nobile che disidrata gli acini, concentrandone gli zuccheri e gli aromi. Il risultato è un nettare ricco e opulento.

Alla vista, questo vino si presenta con un colore dorato intenso, quasi ambrato, segno della lunga maturazione in botti di rovere e dell'elevata concentrazione zuccherina. Al naso, si apre con un bouquet complesso di albicocche secche, uva passa, miele e note di zafferano, intrecciate a delicate sfumature di fiori bianchi e agrumi canditi.

In bocca, l'Aszù 6 Puttonyos offre una straordinaria esplosione di sapori: la dolcezza vellutata è bilanciata da un'acidità vivace, rendendolo un vino armonioso e mai stucchevole. I sapori di frutta secca, mandorle tostate e caramello si fondono con accenni di spezie dolci, regalando un finale lungo e persistente.

Winery history
The estate has brought historic local vineyards back into cultivation — including the crus Öreg Király and Kővágó — which had lain fallow for decades and were replanted and refurbished in recent years. The winery also oversaw the restoration of the historic Rákóczi‑Aspremont residence, which now houses hospitality services and direct sales.
Production philosophy
Production focused on minimal intervention and declared organic/biological practices; winemaking intended to express the character of the grape variety, the single-vineyard site and the vintage, using traditional methods and with respect for the terroir.
