Barbera D’Alba DOC - Oriolo is born in the heart of the Langhe, a region renowned for the richness of its terroir, characterized by calcareous-clayey soils that give great structure to the wine. This wine is made exclusively from Barbera grapes, an emblematic variety of Piedmont known for its lively acidity and intense ruby color. After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels for a period that enhances its soft tannins and adds complex aromas of vanilla and sweet spices.

In the glass, it presents a bouquet rich in ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, accompanied by light notes of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate, the freshness and balance between acidity and body make it ideal to accompany typical Piedmontese dishes such as braised meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing every gastronomic experience with elegance and character.
