The Barbera D'Alba DOC Vittoria by Gianfranco Alessandria is an excellent example of how the specific terroir of the Langhe can be expressed through the Barbera variety. This wine, produced with carefully selected grapes from the Alba area, one of the most renowned in the Piedmont hinterland, reflects the passion and craftsmanship that characterize the Alessandria winery.

With an intense ruby red color, the Barbera D'Alba DOC Vittoria reveals a complex and seductive bouquet on the nose. Notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, blend with spicy accents and a slight touch of vanilla derived from aging in wood. On the palate, the wine is vigorous yet balanced, with a good acidity typical of the Barbera variety that contributes to its vivacity and freshness. The tannins are well-integrated and smooth, making this wine pleasantly harmonious to taste.

Ideal for accompanying a wide range of dishes, from appetizers with typical Piedmontese cured meats and cheeses, to hearty first courses like tagliolini with meat ragout, to grilled or stewed red meats. The Barbera D'Alba DOC Vittoria also pairs well with more daring dishes, such as spiced game.

Savoring this wine is not just a pleasure for the palate, but also a journey into the essence of Piedmontese viticulture, where tradition and innovation meet to create products of inestimable quality. A must for wine lovers seeking authenticity and depth in every glass.
