A sparkling red wine from Monferrato whose name was attributed to him by Giacomo Bologna's father, it was he who in the cellar selected the most exuberant and rebellious barrel of Barbera which he called "La Monella" for its irrepressible and sparkling character. It remains in steel for a period of about 4 months with second fermentation in an autoclave and a short refinement in the bottle for 2 months before being put on the market.

When poured it reveals a ruby red color with violet reflections, slightly sparkling and lively foam. Fragrant and vinous aromas arrive on the nose, with irrepressible hints of red fruit. The sip is very fresh and lively, soft and full-bodied.

A fragrant red, very fresh and very fragrant, with a great gastronomic character, perfect to drink during a nice dinner with friends in combination with cold cuts , first courses seasoned with savory sauces, boiled, braised, roasted and mixed grills.
