La Regina is a Langhe DOC Nascetta white wine made by Braida exclusively from Nascetta grapes. The grapes come from vines planted in 1990 at Tenuta Serra dei Fiori. Nascetta is an ancient grape variety native to the Langhe and Cuneo areas, recently rediscovered and now produced in limited quantities. Fermentation and ageing take place exclusively in steel, preserving the wine’s freshness and distinctive varietal character.

The nose offers a rich, nuanced and semi-aromatic profile, with notes of citrus, apple, pear, acacia blossom, tropical fruit, hay, straw and grapefruit. With age, mineral nuances emerge together with hints of hydrocarbons and flint, while the palate develops from fruity sensations towards a pleasantly savoury finish. La Regina is an excellent aperitif wine and pairs well with raw fish, white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at 10-12 °C.
