Una birra artigianale di buon corpo, con un gusto molto piacevole. Una luppolatura molto delicata che non prevale su ricchezza e complessità, in una birra estremamente leggera e dissetante con una cremosità particolare.
Il malto scuro viene sapientemente dosato grazie alla breve torrefazione ad alte temperature, che oltre a donare il tipico colore ambrato scuro, conferisce aromi di cioccolato fondente, cacao e caffè.
