The Barolo Cannubi Riserva 1752 from Damilano winery is a true gem for wine lovers seeking a profound and complex tasting experience. Produced in the heart of the prestigious Barolo area, the vintage of the Riserva 1752 was selected from the best Nebbiolo grapes, grown in the famed Cannubi vineyard, one of the oldest and most famous in the region.

This Barolo is distinguished by its intense garnet red color, with hues that turn to orange as it ages. On the nose, the Barolo Cannubi Riserva 1752 reveals a broad and complex bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, intertwine with hints of wild rose, tobacco, spices, and a light streak of tar and wet earth, typical of the Nebbiolo variety.

On the palate, the wine is powerful yet balanced, with a robust but well-integrated tannic structure, promising a long aging potential. The finish is remarkable, with a long and pleasingly bitter aftertaste, leaving room for reminiscences of dark chocolate and coffee.

Aged for a minimum of five years, of which at least two in oak barrels, this Barolo Riserva best expresses the Piedmontese winemaking tradition and the unique terroir of Cannubi. It is ideal to serve with rich red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, but can also be a superb contemplative wine.

Each sip of Barolo Cannubi Riserva 1752 is a journey through the history and tradition of one of the most cherished Italian wine appellations, making it a must-have for any respectable collector or wine enthusiast.
