Barolo DOCG 2021 Bio from Casa E. di Mirafiore presents itself as a wine of character, reflecting the indicated denomination and the organic production noted on the label. In the glass it shows a deep colour with garnet highlights; on the nose it offers a complex aromatic profile, with impressions of ripe red fruit, subtle floral notes and a hint of sweet spice that complete the aromatic depth.

On the palate it is dry and structured, with present but well-integrated tannins and a flavourful length that suits rich, savory dishes. It is recommended to serve it at a moderate temperature to allow the aromas to express themselves, and to pair it with roasted meats, braised dishes or matured cheeses according to personal taste. For those wishing to cellar it, pay attention to steady temperature and light conditions; it is presented as a suitable choice for those seeking an organic Barolo of the indicated vintage. It shows development potential in bottle if stored properly.
