The Barolo DOCG from Ballarin is born in the heart of the Langhe, one of the most famous areas for the production of this emblematic wine of Piedmont. Made exclusively from the Nebbiolo grape variety, this Barolo stands out for its elegant and complex structure, the result of a long aging process that enhances the typical qualities of the hilly territory and the carefully chosen exposures. On the nose, it opens with intense notes of withered rose, ripe cherry, sweet spices, and a slight hint of licorice, which blend with earthy and balsamic accents.

On the palate, it reveals a soft yet firm tannic texture, balanced by a vibrant acidity that provides freshness and persistence. This Barolo pairs splendidly with dishes based on red meats, roasts, or aged cheeses, enhancing their flavors with its elegance and depth. A wine capable of telling the winemaking tradition of the Langhe, dedicated to lovers of authentic emotions.
