Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
In the glass it shows a bright garnet color that invites a measured sip. The nose offers memories of ripe red fruit, rose petal and a subtle earthy note, with spicy hints that emerge with aeration. On the palate the sip is dry and well defined, with tannins still vibrant but well integrated into the structure; fresh acidity and a savory texture support the body without weighing it down, resulting in elegant, characterful drinkability.

It naturally suits rich red dishes: braises, grilled meats, stewed game and aged cheeses; it also works well with mountain risottos. Serve at around 18°C and allow a short period of decanting if you wish to soften youthful vivacity. It has the potential to evolve for a few years in bottle, maintaining its structure and refining the earthy and spicy notes; a solid choice for those seeking a Barolo with a classic profile but immediately enjoyable.
