This wine has a brilliant garnet red color which, over time, develops light amber hues, revealing its evolution and maturity.
On the nose, it is a riot of aromas: ripe fruits and spices dance in harmony, anticipating the sensory experience to come.
In the mouth this Barolo has an imposing body, a full and velvety flavour. A long finish of tar and spices caresses the palate, creating an unforgettable experience. The characteristic tannicity ensures exceptional longevity.
An ideal companion for rich and tasty dishes, such as roasts, wild boar meat and mature cheeses. It is perfect for enhancing traditional Piedmontese cuisine, in particular dishes such as Barolo braised meat and truffle agnolotti.
