An extremely versatile and pleasantly drinkable wine that comes from 100% vinified Dolcetto berries left to mature in stainless steel tanks. The bottling process is carried out in the spring following the harvest and marketed during the summer.

In the glass you can admire its ruby ​​red color with purple reflections. The nose is extremely fruity, highlighting aromas of small red berried fruits. A medium-bodied and easy-drinking wine characterized by a slightly almondy aftertaste.

Great for all meals, perfect in combination with the ground kitchen.

Winery history
The winery originated from the agricultural activities initiated by Luigi Einaudi. The family progressively expanded the property and the vineyards, passing management through several generations to the current leadership of Matteo Sardagna Einaudi. The estate retains a strong historical identity tied to the promotion of the wines of the Langhe and preserves documentation that records the property's origins and subsequent developments.
Production philosophy
A pursuit of quality that combines respect for the land with innovation: the company says it works to find the balance between elegance and structure in its wines while maintaining ties to local tradition.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend across the Langhe, with their historic heart in Dogliani and holdings that reach the areas of Barolo, Monforte d’Alba, Verduno and Neive. The estate declares ownership of vineyards in important crus such as Terlo, Cannubi, Bussia, Monvigliero and Villero.
