An extremely versatile and pleasantly drinkable wine that comes from 100% vinified Dolcetto berries left to mature in stainless steel tanks. The bottling process is carried out in the spring following the harvest and marketed during the summer.
In the glass you can admire its ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is extremely fruity, highlighting aromas of small red berried fruits. A medium-bodied and easy-drinking wine characterized by a slightly almondy aftertaste.
Great for all meals, perfect in combination with the ground kitchen.
