Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
Aromas of dried rose petal and ripe red fruit integrated with earthy tones and spicy nuances. On the palate it shows a solid structure, tannins that are present but well integrated, and a freshness that supports the sip, giving balance and a pleasant persistence without force. The texture is composed, not loud, and leaves room for a progression that evolves calmly in the glass. The magnum format favors a gentler maturation path and a more elegant opening of the wine, ideal if kept for a few years in the cellar or if decanted before serving.

It pairs very naturally with braised meats, slow-roasted joints, stewed game dishes and aged cheeses; it also works well with mushroom- and truffle-based preparations. Serve at a not-too-high temperature, in large glasses that highlight the aromatic profile and the tannic dynamics.
