The Barolo DOCG Parafada of Casa E. di Mirafiore is born in the heart of the Langhe, an iconic area for the production of this noble Piedmontese wine. Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, famous for their elegant and long-lasting character, it stands out for an aging process that combines tradition and meticulous care, often in large wooden barrels that enhance its structure without overshadowing its finesse.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color with garnet reflections, a prelude to a complex bouquet where scents of withered roses, ripe cherry, and spicy hints intertwine. The entrance on the palate is enveloping, supported by well-balanced tannins and a fresh acidity that ensures perfect balance and longevity. Earthy and underbrush notes characterize a persistent and refined finish.

Excellent with rich dishes such as braised meats and aged cheeses, this Barolo embodies the excellence of Nebbiolo in an authentic and refined territorial expression.
