Harvested in mid-October through a meticulous manual process, the grapes are placed in perforated baskets to be transported to the cellar. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks thermoregulated at 28°C, with frequent daily pumping over for a total period of 15-20 days. Subsequently, the wine matures in new oak barrels for a period of 3 years. Without undergoing any filtration operation, the wine continues to perfect in the bottle.

Barolo has a suggestive intense ruby color, shaded by garnet reflections. Its olfactory profile is complex and enveloping, characterized by nuances of fruit and spices. In the mouth, this wine manages to beautifully combine the richness of its structure with a surprising ease of drinking. The finish is long and satisfying, warmed by excellent alcoholic strength. A true sensorial delight, with notes of sour cherry and mint.
