A vertical of Batar Toscana Bianco IGT presented in a wooden case by Querciabella offers a unique and deeply educational experience for wine lovers, allowing you to explore the evolution of this prestigious Tuscan white wine across different vintages. Querciabella, renowned for its dedication to organic and biodynamic viticulture, produces Batar with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, two varieties which, under the expert guidance of the winery, express unique complexity, elegance and depth.

The choice to present the Batar in a vertical selection allows us to appreciate how annual climatic variations and subtle differences in vinification and aging influence the aromatic and gustatory profile of the wine from one year to the next. Each vintage of Batar reflects not only the specific conditions of that year, but also the evolution of Querciabella's production philosophy, always respecting the environment and biodiversity.

The wooden cases used to present these vertical selections not only protect the wines, but add aesthetic value and a sense of tradition and craftsmanship that reflects the quality of the contents. This presentation makes the Batar Vertical a collector's item or a precious gift for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

Tasting a vertical of the Batar allows you to notice how the wine expresses itself with fresh fruity and floral notes in the younger vintages, with touches of citrus, green apple, white flowers and a subtle minerality. With aging, more evolved notes of ripe fruit, honey, vanilla and brioche emerge, testifying to the refinement in French oak barriques which helps to give the wine a rich and complex structure, while maintaining a balanced freshness and liveliness.

A vertical experience of Querciabella's Batar Toscana Bianco IGT is therefore not only a journey through the different expressions of a great Tuscan white wine, but also a fascinating exploration of the infinite nuances that wine can reveal thanks to the hand of man and the whims of nature. Perfect for elegant dinners, special occasions or as part of an educational tasting, the vertical Batar represents a high-end wine experience.
