Beaune Bastion Blanc - Domaine Chanson is a white wine from the renowned wine region of Burgundy, France, and more specifically from the city of Beaune, the beating heart of the production of some of the best wines in the world. Domaine Chanson is one of Burgundy's historic producers, founded in 1750, known for its dedication to quality and the meticulous attention paid to both viticulture and winemaking.

Beaune Bastion Blanc is mainly produced from Chardonnay grapes, a vine that finds the ideal environment in the climatic conditions and terroir of Beaune to express itself at its best. The name "Bastion" derives from one of the five bastion towers of Beaune, part of the city's ancient fortifications, which today houses the cellars of Domaine Chanson, a place where the wines mature in oak barriques.

This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes, harvested by hand to guarantee the highest quality. Fermentation and aging in French oak barriques, some of which are new, give Beaune Bastion Blanc complexity, structure and a delicate toasted note that integrates harmoniously with the fruity aroma and freshness of the Chardonnay grape.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers a rich and seductive aromatic range, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched with touches of vanilla and almond, deriving from the aging in wood. In the mouth, Beaune Bastion Blanc reveals an elegant complexity, with a perfect balance between the acidic freshness typical of Chardonnay and the creaminess brought by the barrique refinement. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant minerality that reflects the unique terroir of Beaune.

Ideal in combination with rich fish dishes, shellfish, poultry in creamy sauces or soft cheeses, Domaine Chanson's Beaune Bastion Blanc is an example of Burgundy excellence, capable of offering a refined and memorable tasting.
