Beaune Grèves - Domaine Chanson is a distinctive red wine produced in the renowned Burgundy wine region of France. Coming from the famous "Grèves" vineyard, considered one of the most prestigious Premier Crus of Beaune, this wine is an excellent expression of the mastery of Domaine Chanson, one of Burgundy's historic wineries, in producing high quality Pinot Noir wines.

The Grèves vineyard is known for its soil rich in limestone and gravel, conditions that allow Pinot Noir to fully express its elegance, its aromatic complexity and its structure. The particular location and the optimal sun exposure also contribute to ensuring optimal ripening of the grapes, which translates into wines of great depth and longevity.

The Beaune Grèves by Domaine Chanson presents itself with a brilliant and seductive ruby red color. On the nose, the wine offers an intense range of aromas, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, enriched by nuances of violet, sweet spices and a delicate touch of wood, the result of careful and measured refining in barrique of French oak.

In the mouth, the wine is balanced and refined, with silky tannins that intertwine perfectly with a lively acidity. The structure is elegant and the flavor palette faithfully reflects the olfactory notes, with additions of mineral and balsamic complexity. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a sensation of pleasantness and harmony that invites you to take a further sip.

Ideal to accompany rich and refined dishes, such as red meats, game, porcini mushrooms and hard cheeses, Beaune Grèves - Domaine Chanson is a wine that stands out for its ability to combine the Burgundian winemaking tradition with a modern expression of quality and style.
