Lake Bartężek è prodotta esclusivamente con segale Dankowskie Diamond, quest'ultima resta per oltre 80 giorni sepolta sotto la neve; tale condizione climatica influisce notevolmente sul profilo aromatico del distillato.
Cristallina alla vista, offre all'olfatto fragranza e freschezza. Gli aromi delicati e non troppo invadenti di mandorle, sentori di grano appena tagliato e nuance erbacee si fanno strada al naso, inebriandolo.
Al palato è fresca e pulita, un distillato di medio corpo e di grande finezza, che chiude con strepitosi toni decisi di menta.
