Belvedere

Production is based on Polska rye (in particular Dankowskie Diamond for some expressions). For some Single Estate references the first distillation occurs at farm level at the cereal producers; the distillate is then rectified and purified at the Polmos Żyrardów facility using rectification columns. For the Heritage 176 expression a revisited malting process is employed (steeping, germination and drying in kilns up to 176°F) and maceration techniques are used for the flavored lines.

Rectification mainly in distillation columns; process documented with initial farm-level distillation for some references followed by subsequent rectifications on site (commonly described as a multi-step route, often four total distillations for some expressions).
