La Vodka Belvedere viene prodotta ancora oggi, seguendo le più antiche tecniche di distillazione, e con l'utilizzo di una purissima segale di alta qualità, che segue un meticoloso processo di distillazione dal quale ne deriva un distillato delicato e raffinato che può considerarsi il migliore offerto dal mercato polacco sul mercato.
Ingrediente di primaria importanza oltre alla segale di Dankowskie Gold Rye, è l'acqua. Essa proviene da pozzi molto profondi, che già di per sé le garantiscono un'ottima qualità, che tuttavia aumenta grazie alle numerose fasi con cui viene filtrata, fino ad ottenere un grado di purezza quasi assoluta.
Il risultato è noto a tanti, ed è un distillato limpido e cristallino, dal bouquet delicato e seducente, contraddistinto da sentori floreali mescolati ad aromi speziati di vaniglia e pepe bianco. Al sorso è rotondo e vellutato e ritorna sugli aromi che rievoca all'olfatto, a cui si aggiungono nuances di scorza d’agrumi e mandorla.
L'elegante astuccio rende questa vodka un'ottima idea regalo.
