The Bianco Bologna DOC from Az. Agricola Gaggioli is a wine that elegantly expresses the richness of the Emilia territory, carefully cultivated in the vineyards around Bologna. Produced mainly with native grape varieties typical of the denomination, this white offers a fresh and fragrant bouquet, characterized by notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, accompanied by light citrus hints.

On the palate, it is well balanced, with a lively acidity that gives a pleasant sensation of freshness and a soft structure that invites drinking. The aging takes place in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the aromas, ensuring a pleasant immediacy and genuineness.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses, this Bianco Bologna DOC is a refined example of the Emilia wine tradition, capable of surprising with its simplicity and freshness.
