The Bianco di Custoza Superiore DOC from the Selezione Torre di Falasco of Cantina di Valpantena is a wine born in the famous Veronese hilly area, known for its calcareous and well-draining soil, ideal for elegant and fragrant white wines.

This composite blend, made from native grape varieties typical of the area such as Trebbiano di Lugana, Garganega, and Cortese, stands out for its partial aging in steel and partly in wood, which imparts structure without compromising freshness.

In the glass, it reveals a bright straw color, with intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and delicate floral notes, accompanied by a slight minerality. On the palate, it is harmonious, with good acidity and persistence, ideal to enhance local cuisine dishes such as risottos, white meats, and fresh cheeses. An authentic and refined expression of the Custoza territory.
