The Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Selezione Torre di Falasco, produced by Cantina di Valpantena, elegantly expresses the authentic soul of the Valpolicella Classica. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes grown in the hilly area of Valpantena, this wine stands out for the use of the ripasso method: the new must rests on the Amarone pomace, thus acquiring body and unique aromatic complexity.

With an intense ruby red color, it opens on the nose with enveloping aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and sweet spices, accompanied by slight light notes of cocoa and vanilla due to aging in oak barrels. On the palate, it is warm, balanced, with soft tannins and a pleasant fruity persistence that invites sip after sip.

Perfect paired with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and traditional Venetian cuisine dishes, the Ripasso Selezione Torre di Falasco is a rich and harmonious wine that authentically interprets the character of its territory.
