The Bianco Garda DOC "1931" produced by the Avanzi winery is an excellent example of how tradition and innovation can merge in a quality wine. This white wine, produced in the picturesque areas of the Garda region, is renowned for its fresh aromatic profile and balanced structure.

The "1931" is a tribute to the founding year of the Avanzi winery, a family-run operation that has worked with passion and dedication for generations to produce wines that reflect the essence of the land. The selection of grapes, rigorously chosen, plays a key role in defining the complexity and elegance of this wine. The blend consists primarily of native varieties, which give the wine its characteristic notes of freshness and aromatic liveliness.

Visually, it presents a pale straw-yellow color, a sign of careful winemaking that respects the raw materials. On the nose, intense aromas of white fruits such as pear and melon emerge, enriched by floral nuances and light touches of aromatic herbs, adding an additional layer of complexity.

On the palate, Avanzi’s Bianco Garda DOC "1931" reveals itself to be balanced, with excellent freshness and a prolonged finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness, inviting another sip. The acidity is well-balanced, making this wine extremely versatile in terms of food pairings. It pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish or vegetable dishes, and is an excellent choice as an aperitif.

Recommended for white wine lovers who seek a product capable of fully expressing the qualities of the Garda region, Avanzi’s "1931" promises a rich and satisfying sensory experience.
