The Bianco IGP Puglia Frizzante from Tenuta Viglione is a slightly sparkling white wine from the Puglia region. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour and a fine, discreet perlage. On the nose there are scents of ripe citrus, white flowers and light vegetal notes reminiscent of fresh grass; the overall impression is frank and inviting without excess. The aromatic profile remains clean and linear, while the bubbles support freshness and give a pleasant lively aroma.

On the palate it offers a balance between lively acidity and softness, with a light structure and a salty finish of moderate persistence that invites a fresh sip. It is suitable as an aperitif wine but also pairs well with fish dishes, light vegetable preparations, summer salads and fresh cheeses; it is also appropriate with dishes seasoned with herbs and citrus. Serving suggestion: serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in a not-too-large glass; drink young, store in a cool, dark place.

Production philosophy
An "unhurried" approach: organic cultivation, respect for natural rhythms and attention to environmental sustainability. The estate implements practices to reduce operational impact and highlights the native varieties of the Murgia.
