The Bianco IGP Puglia Herba from Tenuta Viglione presents a fresh, linear profile, intended for those seeking an easy-drinking white. On the nose there are delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and light floral notes, of moderate intensity that invite a sip. On the palate it shows a balance of salinity and acidity, a lean body and a clean texture that makes it easy to pair with light dishes. The savory finish leaves a pleasant, persistent impression.

It is suitable for seafood starters, salads and fish-based dishes, but also adapts to vegetarian preparations and fresh cheeses; serve chilled, at around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its freshness. Ideal for informal consumption and everyday meals, it offers an honest expression of the IGP Puglia region without relying on technical complexities. Bottled by producer Tenuta Viglione, it positions itself as a versatile choice for those who prefer light, immediate white wines.

Production philosophy
An "unhurried" approach: organic cultivation, respect for natural rhythms and attention to environmental sustainability. The estate implements practices to reduce operational impact and highlights the native varieties of the Murgia.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in the Alta Murgia between Santeramo in Colle and the Gioia del Colle area, on calcareous-clay soils and well-ventilated hills. The estate takes advantage of the area's high elevations, conditions that promote freshness and minerality in the grapes.
