The Bianco IGT "Alla" from Cantina Bozen presents itself as a white wine with a clear personality, aimed at those who appreciate immediacy and gustatory clarity. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow color; on the nose it opens with discreet aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and light citrus notes, accompanied by a hint of saline-mineral character that supports the expression without overpowering it. The structure is medium-bodied, the acidity lively but well integrated, and the finish remains taut and of good persistence, maintaining a fresh and flowing feel.

Suitable for relatively young consumption, "Alla" works well as an aperitif wine and alongside simple dishes: fish carpaccio, shellfish, first courses with fish or vegetables, light white meats and fresh cheeses. Suggested serving temperature around 8–10 °C; prefer a fairly broad glass to capture its aromatic nuances. A practical and versatile wine, designed for everyday use but capable of accompanying flavorful dishes with elegance.
