Produced by Cantina Bozen under the Alto Adige DOC designation, this Pinot Grigio offers a balanced and approachable profile. Pale straw in color, the nose shows a restrained bouquet recalling green apple, ripe pear, white flowers and light citrus hints, without aromatic excess. On the palate it is fresh, with lively acidity and medium body, a saline drive that supports an easy-drinking character; the finish is clean and of moderate persistence. The interpretation remains measured, suitable for consumers seeking a well-made everyday white.

It pairs simply with light fish dishes, salads, vegetable antipasti and fresh cheeses, and can accompany informal occasions or simple meals. Serve cool, around 8–10 °C, in a tulip or globe glass to appreciate the aromatic profile. Store in a cool, light-protected place; relatively fresh consumption best expresses the varietal characteristics.
