Bianco Toscana IGT - Batar - Querciabella is one of the most representative and prestigious white wines produced by the Querciabella winery, located in the heart of Tuscany. This wine, the result of a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes, reflects the excellence and production philosophy of the company, which is committed to creating high quality wines while respecting the environment and the principles of biodynamics.

La Querciabella stands out for the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices and for its commitment to protecting the Tuscan terroir, elements which contribute to defining the uniqueness of its wines. Batar represents the highest expression of this philosophy, presenting itself as a white wine of extraordinary complexity and refinement.

Aged in French oak barriques, Bianco Toscana IGT - Batar has a brilliant golden yellow color, which anticipates its exceptional organoleptic qualities. On the nose, the wine unfolds a broad aromatic spectrum, with notes of ripe white pulp fruit, such as peach and apple, enriched by hints of vanilla and toasting, the result of aging in wood.

On the palate, Batar reveals itself to be rich and enveloping, with a perfect harmony between the acidic freshness and the structure given by aging, which enhance its gustatory complexity. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a long and savory finish that leaves sensations of elegance and fullness in the mouth.

This wine is capable of evolving magnificently over time, offering an aging capacity that makes it even more precious and sought after by enthusiasts and collectors.

Bianco Toscana IGT - Batar - Querciabella is a wine that pairs perfectly with elaborate fish dishes, white meats and medium-aged cheeses, capable of enhancing every special occasion and worthily representing the oenological richness of Tuscany.
