Il Birbaccio Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi DOC 2023, produced by the renowned Lucchetti winery, is an excellent example of how Verdicchio can express its full elegance and complexity. This white wine presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, enriched by greenish hues that hint at its freshness.

On the nose, Il Birbaccio offers a rich and intriguing bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruits, particularly peach and pear, combined with hints of almond and white flowers, typical of Verdicchio. A slight mineral note further enriches the olfactory experience, giving the wine a pleasant complexity.

On the palate, the liveliness is immediately evident, with a well-balanced acidity that leads to a long and persistent finish. The structure is robust, yet refined, showing a medium-bodied palate that makes it perfect to pair with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses.

Il Birbaccio Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi DOC 2023 by Lucchetti is therefore a wine that not only represents the winemaking tradition of the Marche region, but also offers a freshness and drinkability that make it suitable for various occasions, from informal meals with friends to more formal events.
