Il Guardengo Lacrima Di Morro d'Alba Superiore DOC 2021 produced by Lucchetti is a red wine of notable expression, hailing from the Marche region of Italy. This wine is exclusively obtained from Lacrima grapes, an indigenous variety that imparts a distinctive character to the wine.

In the glass, the wine presents with a bright ruby red color and violet hues that foreshadow its olfactory complexity. On the nose, it opens with intense bouquets of berries, such as cherries and blackberries, enriched by floral nuances of violets and roses, and spicy notes reminiscent of nutmeg and black pepper.

On the palate, Guardengo Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Superiore demonstrates a balanced and harmonious structure. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, contributing to a velvety sensation. The aromatic persistence is long and pleasantly intense, with a finish that echoes the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

This wine pairs splendidly with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. Perfect to serve at a temperature of 16-18°C, it has excellent aging potential. A captivating expression of the Lacrima variety that deserves to be appreciated.
