The Valentini Bitter is an iconic distillate that epitomizes the Italian tradition of crafting quality bitter spirits. Presented in an elegant 1-liter bottle, this bitter is the result of a meticulous infusion process involving carefully selected herbs, roots, and spices, which are left to macerate for several weeks to ensure a perfect extraction of flavors and aromas.

The main ingredients include bitter orange, gentian root, and rhubarb, but it is the balanced symphony of botanicals that gives the Valentini Bitter its distinctive character. On the palate, it presents vibrant citrus notes accompanied by herbal hints and spices, culminating in a lingering and pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Its versatility makes it perfect both for enjoying neat, preferably chilled to enhance its aromatic qualities, and as the main ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Negroni or the Americano. Furthermore, Valentini Bitter is often appreciated as an aperitif, capable of stimulating the appetite and preparing the palate for a rich dinner.

With an intense red color and a texture that reveals its artisanal quality, the Valentini Bitter represents an excellent choice for those looking to explore intense and authentic flavors rooted in the tradition of Italian bitters. Perfect for lovers of strong and decisive flavors, this bitter is destined to become an essential presence in any curated spirit collection.
