Gin Tovels is a tribute to the purity and freshness of the mountains that frame the Tovel region, famous for its crystal-clear lake. Distilled in small batches to ensure maximum quality, this gin is the result of a careful selection of local botanicals, among which juniper berries, gentian roots, and mugo pine needles dominate, giving it a distinctive character and unmistakable freshness.

Gin Tovels presents itself with a clear clarity and a purity that is reflected in its flavor. On the nose, it offers a very intense aromatic bouquet, where juniper harmoniously blends with subtle citrus and spice notes, creating an enveloping and refined olfactory experience. On the palate, the entry is soft, almost velvety, followed by a spicy liveliness that enhances the fresh and persistent finish.

Ideal for enjoying neat, Gin Tovels is also an excellent base for sophisticated cocktails, where it can express its full complexity. It will balance wonderfully in a classic Gin & Tonic, but also elevates beautifully in bolder cocktails that require a strong botanical presence.

The 70cl bottle represents minimalist elegance, with a label that reflects the high values of craftsmanship and the authenticity of this distillate's mountain origins. Gin Tovels is not just a gin, but a true expression of the territory from which it originates, destined to satisfy the most refined palates and lovers of premium gin.
