Refined red wine, whose harvest takes place between the end of September and the second week of October, testifying to the excellence of the grapes harvested in this season. The vinification takes place carefully in steel vats at a controlled temperature, maintaining the fermentation at a temperature of 25-26 °C for a period of 8-10 days. The subsequent malolactic fermentation takes place in steel, helping to shape the structure and complexity of the wine.

The result is an intense red wine. The aromatic bouquet is rich in ripe red fruits and spicy nuances, creating an enveloping sensory experience. The tannins give the palate a pleasant sensation of roundness. This wine stands out for its extraordinary harmony and remarkable drinkability.

Versatile in food pairings, it goes beautifully with cured meats, cheeses, crostini and bruschetta.
