The Bourgogne Blanc AOC crafted by Benjamin Leroux is a rare gem in the realm of Burgundy white wines. Made with carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, this wine enchants from the first sip with its extraordinary freshness and complexity.

The winemaking process follows traditional methods, allowing for the preservation of all the aromatic nuances of the grapes. The wine matures briefly in French oak barrels, which adds subtle notes of vanilla and butter without overpowering the fruit.

On the nose, Benjamin Leroux's Bourgogne Blanc AOC presents an elegant and inviting bouquet, full of aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, enhanced by delicate hints of white flowers and a marked minerality reminiscent of wet pebbles.

On the palate, the structure is surprisingly complex for a wine of this appellation. The balance between lively acidity and the creaminess conferred by aging makes it extremely versatile and suitable for various occasions, from everyday dining to an elegant aperitif. The fruity notes intertwine with a persistent freshness that beckons another sip.

A clean and refreshing finish, with a persistence that confirms the quality and care in the production of this exceptional Bourgogne Blanc. Benjamin Leroux has certainly created a white wine that can easily compete with higher-end labels, offering an excellent introduction to high-quality Burgundy whites.

This wine pairs ideally with fish dishes, seafood, and soft cheeses, but can also be enjoyed on its own as a magnificent example of Benjamin Leroux's winemaking mastery.
