Winery history
Family-run for generations, the property is today led by Christine Gruère-Dubreuil together with her daughter Clémentine. Trade and import sources report that the domaine has historical roots dating back to the late 19th century and, over time, has consolidated holdings and parcels in the communes of Pernand-Vergelesses and other villages of the Côte de Beaune.
Production philosophy
The domaine prioritizes an approach focused on expressing the purity of the terroir: environmentally respectful cultivation practices, hand harvesting, careful grape selection and low-intervention winemaking to preserve the terroir’s transparency and authenticity. Aging combines stainless steel and wooden barrels with varying proportions of new wood depending on the appellation.
