Bramasole Cortona DOC Syrah from La Braccesca, presented in Jeroboam format and packed in a wooden case, is a red wine that remains true to the varietal profile of Syrah in the Cortona context. It appears with an intense color and a bouquet recalling dark berries and subtle spicy notes; on the nose there are hints of blackberry and black pepper, with an aromatic framework that stays clean and restrained. The structure is enveloping without excess, with tannins that are present but well integrated and a freshness that balances the sip.

Suitable for occasions when a bottle is shared, the Jeroboam is appropriate with pasta and savory meat dishes, aged cheeses and mushroom-based dishes; serving at a moderate temperature, around 16–18 °C, is recommended to appreciate its aromas. The wooden case makes the bottle also suitable as a gift or for short-term storage; for longer-term aging it is advisable to keep it in a cool, dark place.
