Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
In the glass it shows an elegant texture and the typical depth of Barolo, luminous with garnet reflections. The bouquet is harmonious and restrained: dried roses and red berries alternate with earthier, mineral notes, with hints of sweet spice that emerge with oxygenation. It does not aim to astonish with excesses, but convinces through finesse and growing complexity; the aromatic profile remains precise, with a weave that invites patience.

On the palate it reveals structure and control: tannins are present but well integrated, lively acidity that supports the sip and a consistent savory persistence. It is a wine for slow enjoyment, ideal to be opened and left to breathe in a magnum bottle before tasting: it evolves calmly and gains nuances. It pairs splendidly with braised meats, structured meat dishes and aged cheeses; to appreciate its depth, serve at a moderate temperature and allow the necessary time to perceive its evolution.
