The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Vigna Montosoli" in Magnum format, presented in a wooden case by Canalicchio Di Sopra, is a true expression of luxury, quality and dedication to the winemaking tradition of Montalcino. This wine represents the pinnacle of Canalicchio Di Sopra's production, enhancing the peculiarities of one of the most esteemed single vineyards of Montalcino, Vigna Montosoli. The choice of a Magnum format and the presentation in a wooden case underline the importance of this wine, making it a collector's item or the protagonist of special occasions.

Vigna Montosoli enjoys an exceptional reputation for its ability to produce Sangiovese of the highest standard, thanks to its unique location, soil composition and optimal exposure. Canalicchio Di Sopra, with its commitment to excellence and respect for the terroir, enhances these characteristics through sustainable agricultural practices and winemaking that aims to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the authentic expression of the grape variety.

Following the rigorous rules of the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG denomination, the "Vigna Montosoli" requires aging of at least five years, with a significant period in wooden barrels. This maturation process not only gives the wine remarkable complexity and depth, but also enhances its tannic structure and aging potential, making it one of the longest-lived and most popular Brunellos.

The Magnum format (1.5 litres) is particularly suitable for ageing, offering the wine optimal conditions to develop even richer aromatic complexity and superior finesse. Furthermore, the Magnum is ideal for celebrations, allowing you to share this extraordinary Brunello with friends and family.

Visually, the wine has a deep and brilliant ruby red color, tending towards garnet with aging. On the nose, the "Vigna Montosoli" exhibits a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, dried flowers, spices, tobacco and balsamic and mineral hints, which reflect the specificity of the Montosoli vineyard.

In the mouth, the wine offers extraordinary elegance and strength, with ripe and well-integrated tannins supporting a full body and velvety texture. The well-balanced acidity contributes to the freshness of the sip, leading to a long and persistent finish, marked by a delicious aromatic complexity.

Ideal to accompany rich and structured dishes, such as red meats, game and mature cheeses, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Vigna Montosoli" in Magnum format by Canalicchio Di Sopra is an exceptional wine that celebrates the beauty of Sangiovese di Montalcino, offering an experience unforgettable tasting.

Today it is managed by successive generations who combine tradition and innovation.
