The Brut Rosè from Casa Vinicola Rainoldi is a rosé sparkling wine that combines elegance, freshness and liveliness, representing one of the excellences produced by this historic winery located in Valtellina, one of the most evocative and characteristic wine-growing areas of Lombardy, Italy. Known mainly for the production of structured red wines obtained mainly from the Nebbiolo grape (locally called Chiavennasca), Casa Vinicola Rainoldi has also been able to express its oenological mastery and passion in the sparkling wine segment.

Rainoldi's Brut Rosè is the result of a careful selection of grapes, harvested and vinified to create a sparkling wine that can be appreciated for its pleasantness and versatility. This rosé sparkling wine is characterized by its pale pink color and fine and persistent perlage, a sign of qualitative production and careful second fermentation.

Upon tasting, the Brut Rosè opens with a delicate but complex aromatic bouquet, where notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and a light floral touch stand out. Targeted vinification and refinement, often in steel to preserve the freshness and aroma of the grapes, help keep the aromas alive and enhance the fruity character of the wine.

On the palate, Brut Rosè Rainoldi reveals a pleasant acidity which supports its freshness and makes it extremely drinkable. The balance between structure and liveliness, together with the fruity and slightly lively aftertaste, make this rosé sparkling wine an excellent choice for an aperitif or to accompany light starters, fish and seafood dishes, as well as a variety of culinary preparations that require a wine capable of adding a touch of elegance without overwhelming the flavours.
