In every glass of Silvano Bolmida's Bussia Barolo DOC, we find a celebration of Piedmontese excellence. This noble red is the result of a careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes, meticulously hand-harvested in the prestigious hills of Barolo, a region renowned for its wines of character and depth.

The winemaking follows traditional methods, with a long maceration of the skins to extract color, aromas, and tannins. The aging process, at least 24 months in oak barrels, adds complexity and nuance to the already rich bouquet. After maturing in wood barrels, the wine rests in the bottle for several months before being released to the market.

Visually, Silvano Bolmida’s Bussia Barolo DOC appears with an intense ruby red color, which tends to garnet with aging. On the nose, it unfolds a broad and persistent aroma, with notes of ripe red fruit, spices, dried flowers, and a slight balsamic vein. On the palate, it is robust yet harmonious, with well-integrated velvety tannins and an impressive length that promises excellent aging potential.

This Barolo is ideal for accompanying substantial dishes such as braised meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is also a wine for contemplation, to be sipped slowly, allowing the time to discover its multiple aromatic layers.

Suitable for connoisseurs seeking a wine with a story, a tradition, and a deep connection to the land, Silvano Bolmida's Bussia Barolo DOC is a prestigious choice for any collector who wishes to enrich their cellar with an authentic expression of Piedmontese viticulture.
